Due to the hand-made, made-to-order, nature of our products our maximum production time is 2-3 weeks. If you are short on time, please contact us before you order to see what we can do! Hand-stamped jewelry (necklaces, charms, be my bridesmaid sets etc.) have a production time of 1-2 weeks. Our production time is a best estimate and does not include shipping times. Upgraded shipping does NOT change our production time, please contact us about a rush order if you need an item faster! You will be contacted if the piece you have selected is not currently available or if there is an issue processing your payment.


We accept rush orders for an additional $75.00 fee. Rush orders provide for a one (1) week production time followed by the applicable estimated shipping time. Rush orders must be approved and confirmed by Amanda Badgley Designs prior to purchase. Please contact us at to arrange your rush order.

Please ensure that you list a secure shipping address. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and cannot be held accountable for unforeseen delays such as weather. All orders ship from The Woodlands, TX


In our experience international shipping varies from 2 to 14 weeks and this does not include our production time. Please plan ahead! When your international order reaches its destination, customs and import duties may be applied. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.


Please email us with any questions prior to making your purchase. Due to the handmade nature of our products, all items are final sale. Exceptions are made for any item that arrives damaged or defective, see below for processing damages/defects.


We will accept exact style exchanges if you ordered the wrong size or color. You must contact us via email within 14 business days of receipt to arrange the exchange. You are responsible for all shipping costs and a $25 restocking fee per item. You will be sent an exchange invoice and request for payment which must be paid to process your exchange and for production of your new item to begin. Standard production times apply, we will advise you as to the expected ship date for the exchange.


Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you find an item to be damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 48 hours. For damaged items, please send us photographs of the damage (the item, packaging and shipment box) and preserve the shipping box for insurance claims. We will send you return instructions and arrange for shipping back to us. We will advise you as to the expected ship date for your replacement order and will pay for re-shipping. Replacement orders may not be exchanged for different styles unless the original item is out of stock. Damaged or defective merchandise will not be accepted if you do not email us with 48 hours and if you do not follow the return instructions provided.


Repairs due to customer wear or damage will be subject to a fee determined on a case by case basis.


Any canceled order is subject to a 50% cancellation fee to be paid at the time of cancellation. Once an order is shipped it can no longer be cancelled.
